A Microneedling Course provides comprehensive training on one of the most popular and effective skin rejuvenation treatments in the aesthetics industry. The course is designed to teach both theoretical knowledge and practical application of microneedling techniques using devices such as dermarollers or automated pens.

 

This course provides students with the practical skills and confidence needed to expand their aesthetics practice or thrive in a busy clinic environment.

This course is fully accredited. The first half will be theory-based, and the second will be practical with a mixture of demo models and live models for you to treat.

• Skin anatomy & physiology: Focusing on skin structure and healing response

• Indications & benefits: Treating concerns like fine lines, acne scarring, pigmentation, enlarged pores, and overall skin texture

• Contraindications & safety: Recognizing who is or isn’t suitable for treatment and managing risks

• Treatment protocols: Step-by-step procedures, including skin prep, needling techniques, and post-care advice

• Product knowledge: Using serums and skin boosters to enhance treatment results

Entry requirements: 

We welcome both medics and non-medics onto our aesthetics training courses, with tailored options depending on your background and experience. ​​

​

• For Medics:

  • GMC, NMC, GDC, or HCPC registration (Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, and other healthcare professionals)

  • Proof of professional qualification

​​

•  For Non-Medics:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is recommended 

  • Some courses may be open to beginners with no prior experience—please enquire for guidance on suitable options

  • Level 3 anatomy and physiology 

  • A good understanding of facial anatomy and client care is beneficial

All Students Must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Have a strong interest in aesthetics and client care

• Be willing to learn both theoretical and practical aspects of treatment

Upon completion of the course, you'll receive everything you need to launch your aesthetics practice right away, confidently. This includes your training certificate, an official CPD and ABT certificate outlining your professional development hours, and essential resources such as insurance guidance, pharmacy registration details, and downloadable PDF templates for consultation, medical history, and consent forms. We ensure you're fully equipped and ready to treat clients from day one.
