Foundation / Basic Lip Filler Course

A Foundation Lip Filler Course is designed for beginners or practitioners new to aesthetic injectables who want to learn the core skills needed to safely and confidently perform lip enhancement treatments using dermal fillers. It provides a strong theoretical and practical foundation, making it an ideal first step into aesthetic medicine.

 

This course provides students with the practical skills and confidence needed to expand their aesthetics practice or thrive in a busy clinic environment.

This course is fully accredited. The first half will be theory-based, and the second will be practical with a mixture of demo models and live models for you to treat. 

 

The cost of this course starts from £1299.

• Anatomy of the lips and surrounding structures

• Product knowledge: Understanding different types of dermal fillers and their uses

• Injection techniques: Safe and effective methods for natural-looking lip enhancement

• Managing client expectations: Consultation skills and treatment planning

• Complication awareness: How to identify, avoid, and manage risks and side effects

• Hygiene, safety, and aftercare protocols

Entry requirements: 

We welcome both medics and non-medics onto our aesthetics training courses, with tailored options depending on your background and experience. ​​

• For Medics:

  • GMC, NMC, GDC, or HCPC registration (Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, and other healthcare professionals)

  • Proof of professional qualification

•  For Non-Medics, one of the following:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is recommended for advanced aesthetic training

  • Level 3 anatomy and physiology 

  • 6 months of experience with needling (e.g. micro-needling, skin boosters, spmu etc) ​​

All Students Must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Have a strong interest in aesthetics and client care

• Be willing to learn both theoretical and practical aspects of treatment

Upon completion of the course, you'll receive everything you need to launch your aesthetics practice right away, confidently. This includes your training certificate, an official CPD and ABT certificate outlining your professional development hours, and essential resources such as insurance guidance, access to a prescriber service, pharmacy registration details, and downloadable PDF templates for consultation, medical history, and consent forms. We ensure you're fully equipped and ready to treat clients from day one.
